Our Advisory Team helps to shape the big picture of Coastal's ministry and are responsible for authorizing items before they are presented to our membership for a vote (e.g. annual budget, hiring a Lead Pastor, encumbering debt, real property transactions, etc.). They pray for our staff and ministry, provide wise counsel on strategic decisions, care for our staff and their families, and protect our church against unwise decisions and false doctrine.
